MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Researches and compiles data related to current product market, customer demographics and interest, and factors influencing product demand and analyzes results to identify ways of maximizing sales and market penetration of current products.
Gathers data related to competitors products such as pricing, sales, and marketing or distribution methodology.- Devises and evaluates methods for data collection.
Works with Product Communications and Channels Marketing Head in doing sales forecasting and action planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of the bank's products and services.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to Customer Experience Management and Marketing Department Head.
Monitors and analyzes performance of new products and other new offerings of the competing banks.- Tracks, measures and reports the effectiveness of the Bank's marketing programs and strategies.
Secures the patent for all the products/services for the security of Bank's Trademark ownership.
- Monitors recently developed or enhanced products and services features for assessment.
Support and provide needed data of the Product Communications, Channels Marketing Section Heads and other business/support units.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields preferred.- At least 2-3 years experience as Market and Research Analyst
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in speaking and writing in English
