JOB ROLE:- Conduct desk research, moderate focus group discussions/interviews, and craft discussion guides to better understand customers and validate their pain points.
Analyze data and trends to come up with relevant and research-based recommendations to support new ideas and our ventures.- Organize gathered data and insights for presentation to the leadership team and other stakeholders.
Provide market research support to new ideas, existing ventures, and early stage portfolio companies.
- Understand industry trends and new technologies with appreciation for the digital ecosystem and economy.
Help facilitate and organize ideation initiatives.- Communicate effectively to successfully define the jobs to be done and customer pain points that can be addressed.
Create customer profiles to better understand potential customers needs and behaviors.
At least 2 years of experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field.
Experience in using analytics and market intelligence tools such as AppAnnie, SimilarWeb, and PitchBook is a plus.- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
Ability to relay data in a visualized way, and use gathered insights to clearly pull together a story.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including experience with conducting interviews and presenting research and analysis to executives.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and recommend solutions.

Pay: Php35,- 00 - Php40,000.00 per month
