Role Description
The Market Executive will support the PH Sales / Business Development Team (BDT) by managing social media accounts, assisting with administrative tasks, and handling Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. This role will focus on driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth through online marketing strategies while providing efficient admin support to the BDT.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create calendar content aligned to maximize SMC PH's market presence.
- Schedule posts, and monitor queries, and performance metrics (likes, shares, engagement).
BD Admin Support
- Support BDT with admin tasks, and lead generation activities, and assist in events where the company will participate.
- Coordinate with external partners, follow-up communications, and support on finalizing BD collaterals.
- Attend the Team's Weekly meetings and BDT-related calls.
CRM Management
- Maintain and update the CRM system (Zoho) with accurate customer information/fields from partners in the sectors of Education, Associations, Private Companies, and Government.
- Support the BDT in using the CRM efficiently for pipeline monitoring to drive client relationships and sales outcomes.
Qualifications
- Preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM software (familiarity with Zoho or Jira is a plus)
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Figma, etc.)
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media marketing trends and tools.
