As a Purchasing & Logistics Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination and supply flow between stakeholders and the production team. You'll be responsible for managing project documentation, coordinating material procurement, and ensuring that project needs are met in a timely manner. Your organizational and communication skills will be essential as you collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support the overall success of each project.

Employment type: Full-Time
Shift: Day Shift, Mon - Fri (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM, DST = 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM) Fixed weekends off
Work setup: Temporary WFH (Clark City, Pampanga preferred otherwise, anywhere in PH)

Your Role: Keep Things Running Smoothly!
  • Document Management: Receive and manage project documentation from the project team, ensuring proper tracking and entry into internal systems.
  • Project Workflow Coordination: Ensure timely and accurate information flow to the production team for smooth project execution.
  • Materials Procurement: Identify, request, and arrange the purchase of necessary parts and materials based on project needs.
  • Inventory & Logistics Management: Track the status of purchased items and provide timely updates to technicians regarding pick-up readiness.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to address project-related concerns and ensure alignment.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other tasks as assigned by management to support project success.

Requirements

Qualifications Needed: Ready to Unlock Your Potential

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a similar field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in purchasing and logistics.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Independent, proactive, and efficient worker with a sense of accountability and integrity.
  • Eager to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • A self-starter with a positive work attitude.
