JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist Production Manager in planning and performing production related activities.
Prioritize, plan, schedule and manage production activities to meet manufacturing objectives in timely and cost-effective manner.- Identify production issues, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.
Develop production plan and schedule to ensure continuous operations.
- Develop logistic strategy to avoid downtime and delays.
Develop process improvements to improve workflow efficiency.- Ensure that manufactured product meets customer specifications.
Communicate production updates and errors to Manager on regular basis.
- Generate production related reports to Manager and customers when needed.
Communicate complex issues to Manager for immediate resolution.
HIRING QUALIFICATIONS- Graduate of a Technical/Vocational or any related course.
Preferably with related working experience
- Computer proficient and has good attention to details
With good oral and written communication skills- Motivated team player with exceptional interpersonal relations skills
Must be organized and detail oriented
- Being able to use measuring tools.
Having problem solving skills.- Being able to work alone or with a team.
Having good analytical skills.
