WHAT YOU WILL DOAs a Manufacturing Excellence Manager, you will manage the manufacturing operations in the plant through effective execution of manufacturing standards, and implement procedures within the required frequency.
In summary, you will be responsible with the following:
- Improve quality system, procedure and results.
Conduct comprehensive safety risk assessments- Implement hierarchy of controls
Analyze downtime data and Prioritize improvements.
- Define action plans for downtime reduction and Validate improvements.
Conduct detailed analyses on raw materials, energy, waste, defects and overhead costs.- Optimize processes with standard playbooks and SOPs.
Bachelor's Degree holder in Engineering and any related course- Preferably a Licensed Engineer
Experience in a food and beverage industry is an advantage.
- At least Seven (7) year related work experience.
