Title: Manufacturing Associate
The
Manufacturing Associate is responsible for the operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of assigned machines and equipment in accordance to proper handling instructions provided by the manufacturer.
- Operates assigned machine to produce the materials needed in the process based on daily production target.
- Performs calibration on a regular schedule to ensure product output is within specifications/standards.
- Check raw materials for quality and quantity before loading them into the machine.
- Ensure equipment is operating correctly by utilizing monitors and gauges on the equipment.
- Prepares proper documentation in relation to calibration and materials produced.
- Monitors machine for problems and troubleshoots without delay to ensure continuous production.
- Prepares proper documentation in relation to downtime or repairs that were needed during the course of production,
- Performs preventive maintenance on designated machines in accordance to standard procedures.
Job Qualification
- A graduate of any bachelor's degree or vocational course.
- Must have experience as machine operator in the same industry.
- Must be able to accomplish all necessary training and certifications needed to qualify as Machine Operator.
- Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and report preparation.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedule in Canlubang, Laguna.
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule.
