Qualifications Graduate of any bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent.
- Must have minimum of 3 years solid experience as Manual Tester.
Must have experience in creating test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.- Solid knowledge of manual testing methodologies and tools.
Experience with testing tools like HP Quality Center, JIRA, or similar.
- Must be knowledgeable in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Must be knowledgeable in Defect Life Cycle.- Knowledge in TOAD is an advantage.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly.
Experience in banking.- Strong understanding of banking processes and regulations.
Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
- Familiarity with automated testing principles can be advantageous.
Knowledge of SQL for database testing and querying.
Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on banking software requirements.- Execute manual testing procedures to identify software defects and ensure functionality.
Collaborate closely with software developers and business analysts to resolve issues and enhance software quality.
- Document and report bugs, errors, and deviations from specifications.
Conduct thorough testing of banking applications, including core banking systems, payment processing, and customer-facing interfaces.- Verify compliance with industry regulations and banking standards.
Provide clear and detailed reports on testing outcomes to stakeholders.
