Position: Mandarin Master Data Management

Work Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Dayshift with 2 days off
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 85,000 Monthly
Work Set Up: Hybrid set-up
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Proficient in Mandarin and English Language
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Logistics, business, communications, or Life Sciences.
At least 2-3 years of experience in Master Data Management.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel - formulas, conditional formatting, etc.)
Working knowledge of SAP & Salesforce
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Providing support to a Global manufacturer from SEA.
Analyse email requests and templates
Identify and communicate with responsible parties the necessary information
Participate in process documentation and knowledge exchange according to set standards.
Quality checks supporting documents.
Translating necessary documents from Mandarin to English if needed.
Work closely on maintaining information or records in the database.
Provide translation assistance to the Team if needed.
