REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Proficient in Mandarin and English.
Bachelor's degree in law. business, finance, or economics.
1-3 years relevant experience but fresh graduates are preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Responsible for scheduling and preparing all the needed materials for board meetings.
Ensure the agenda is properly disseminated to all the board members before the meeting.
Maintaining records of meetings, systems, and plans accurately.
Supporting the management in developing policies and procedures during implementation.
Strengthen communication between board members, executive leadership, and other stakeholders.
