MANDARIN BILINGUAL RECRUITMENT ASSOCIATE (3)

BAHASA-MALAY BILINUAL RECRUITMENT ASSOCIATE (3)

Schedule: Mon - Fri / day-shift / HYBRID (Mondays and Fridays - WFH; Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays - ONSITE)
  • Purpose:

This position will provide full scope recruiting support to help the development of Schenker's workforce in Asia Pacific region. The Recruitment Associate establishes a proactive communication among stakeholders and candidates in the region of assignment. He/ She ensures that the global recruiting processes are implemented accordingly. The Recruitment Associate works on the hiring needs within the required.
  • Qualifications
Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
  • Currently Based in PH (Priority)
Bachelor degree holder
  • 5 to 2 years experience in Recruitment
Able to speak, read and write in Mandarin (Mandarin Associate) Bahasa (Bahasa-Malay Associate)
  • Non-native speaker must have Certificate of Language proficiency.

With at least 2 years of relevant recruitment experience in APAC shared service set-up
  • Knowledgeable in Boolean search
Experience in using Avature or other ATS.
  • Technical Skills/Competencies
Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work and to generate alternatives and solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach toward recruitment issues
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Must be highly skilled in MS Office
Fluent English/Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia language skills at a business level
  • Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Responsible for sourcing, reviewing applications, conducting phone interviews,
  • coordinating interview schedules, and initiate background check screening.
Managing and reacting efficiently to high volume recruitment.
  • Proper utilization of different sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking System.
Plans, coordinates, and strategize with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers,
  • and team members.
Create and update weekly and monthly reports and/or as needed.
  • Assess and recommend value adding process to improve efficiency.
Provides support to other associates when necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php75,300.00 per month
