Position: Mandarin Admin - Payment Specialist
Industry: Shared Services
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift, 9 AM to 6 PM
Salary: Negotiable
Work set-up: Work On-Site
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Proficient in Mandarin and English.
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in any field.
Required skill(s): MS Office.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in Payment related roles.
Knowledge of MS Office Word, and Excel.
Amenable to work in Taguig.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Oversee all payments and financial transactions within the administrative department:
Documenting customer payment plans, write reports, and make timely payments
Analysis of payment trends within the accounts and adjust according to trends and monthly usage
Organized yearly & quarterly budgets according to planned business activities and set according to company goals
Performed various internal control reports according to business standards and control points
Includes Risk assessment, Compliance Testing, and implementing Improvement Plans
