Key Responsibilities:- Assist in executing projects according to defined methodologies alongside European engagement teams
Analyze financial statements and identify trends of target companies- Create deliverable reports with financial insights for corporate clients and private equities
Take managerial responsibility for multiple engagements and meet tight deadlines
- Contribute to the development and growth of the Transaction Services and the career development of junior team members
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Economics
More than 5 years of related work experience (Advisory, M&A, Corporate Finance
, Financial Due Diligence, Consulting, Accounting, etc.)
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
High degree of analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems- Ability to work independently on qualitative and quantitative analyses
Team player with the ability to engage in international teams
- Advanced skills in MS-Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong financial skills
- Preferred Experience/Skills:
Experience in consulting, preferably related to transactions (e.g., M&A, post-merger integration, carve-out)- Understanding of data analytics tools such as PowerBI and Tableau
