The individual will collaborate with various groups to understand their data needs and deliver impactful analytical tools to bring value to J&J customers.The Manager, GS SOURCEVIEW Analytics plays a pivotal role in leading operations and diverse project initiatives within MedTech group. This position is responsible for collaborating closely with the leadership team to strategically influence the structural and organizational strategies, optimize systems and processes, and enhance financial performance.Key responsibilities include establishing a clear vision for the alignment of processes, people, and technology associated with SOURCEVIEW Analytics. The manager leads by empowering the team to bring to heart Johnson & Johnson's Credo and values throughout all interactions.The role involves reviewing, automating, and improving operational efficiencies while introducing innovative approaches to elevate analytical and digital capabilities in the MedTech sector. The manager also identifies industry trends to advise strategic decisions surrounding SOURCEVIEW Analytics to improved efficiency and effectively manage customer pricing and contracts.Maintaining data integrity and quality across multiple platforms used by the Medtech team is a critical aspect of this position. Additionally, the manager is responsible for the development of the GS SOURCEVIEW team.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage the GS SOURCEVIEW team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Lead all aspects of the cleansing, validation, and loading of SOURCEVIEW data to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Monitor team efficiency and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain high data integrity and excellence.
- Mentor and develop team members, ensuring they possess the vital skills to excel in their operational roles.
Project Management:
- Manage the seamless integration of SOURCEVIEW into the Global Services framework, ensuring continuity and stability throughout the transition.
- Conduct regular assessments of project breakthroughs and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with the transition and integration of GS capabilities.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of data systems and processes within SOURCEVIEW to find opportunities for improvement.
Data Analytics and Insights:
- Leverage GS data and analytical capabilities to provide business insights for MedTech sales teams.
- Lead the development and/or automation of business intelligence tools to uncover customer trends and behavioral patterns that could deliver actionable insights for Sales Team.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Foster strong relationships with MedTech business partners, building trust and confidence in the capabilities of the GS team.
- Facilitate open communication between teams to address concerns and enhance collaboration.
- Collaborate with the U.S. MedTech SOURCEVIEW team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of existing processes and operational needs.
Technology and Process Innovation:
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies that enhance the analytical capacity of the GS team.
- Find opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Implement automated solutions that streamline data processes and improve overall efficiency.
Performance Monitoring:
- Establish critical metrics to supervise the effectiveness of the SOURCEVIEW as a data platform and the overall performance of the team.
- Prepare and present reports on progress, insights gained, and the overall impact of the project on customer experiences and business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data science, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Demonstrable experience in data analytics, project management, and team leadership.
- Good understanding of the MedTech industry and its data analytics needs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate sophisticated data environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and collaboration.
- Experience with data visualization tools and sophisticated analytics platforms.
