Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Set and monitor performance goals for team members.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Needed Qualifications

  • College Graduate
  • 10+ years in the BPO industry with at least 3 years of experience in end-to-end transitions for contact center set-up
  • Program Management experience of a small to medium size engagement
