Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team.
  • Manage it to meet its goals and give good service.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Needed Qualifications

  • Must have banking and finance experience in collections.
  • At least ten years in the BPO industry.
  • At least six years of supervisory experience.
