Overview of the role
We are looking for a passionate individual who will be responsible in the successful implementation of the hotel's learning and development plan to deliver well-trained, competent, and a highly motivated work force to support the hotel's business goals
Key accountabilities
Oversees the development and implementation of the hotel's L&D plan based on HSH global learning strategy by localizing the framework to meet the hotel's training and development needs.
Facilitates planning sessions with the HR team to establish a well-defined training schedule which fosters a culture aligned to HSH values and core principles.
Designs and facilitates training programs and evaluation mechanisms that will support service standards such as customer service, service delivery, leadership training etc.
Communicates updates about the L&D plan to ExCom and Department Heads, recommending external resources that will address learning needs.
Prepares the annual training budget and monitors expenses and tracks it against the budget plan in consultation with the Director of People and Culture.
General Requirements
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Learning and Development field
Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision
Analytical and detailed oriented
Background in graphic design and video editing is an advantage
