Imagine yourself at the helm of a vast data ecosystem, where every byte tells a story and every data base holds untold potential. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to architect, implement, and oversee data management strategies that will propel Globe into the next era of digital and innovation.

Your daily grind

• Map out complex data landscapes, explore existing data sources to understand their structure, content, and semantics and chart the flow of information across our organization

• Align application data models with enterprise data models

• Create and execute tactical and strategic actions to address existing data-oriented technical debts and to prevent new ones

• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders in Globe to ensure data quality is maintained and enhanced across disparate data sources by defining, refining and updating data quality mechanisms, and data cleansing and enrichment initiatives

• Create, maintain, and implement rules and procedures for data sharing

• Provide data sourcing and handling recommendations to project implementation teams to ensure lineage, quality, and integrity are maintained

• Initiate initiatives and secure funding to run these initiatives to address data gaps and/or to build new data capabilities

• Stand as the vigilant protector of data integrity, crafting standards, principles and policies that keep our information secure yet accessible

What You Bring to the Table

Technical Expertise:

• Proficient in Data Modeling - Conceptual and Physical
• Proficient in Data Analysis
• Data Management
• Proficient in SQL, Python and at least one data visualization tool
• Experience: Must Have at Least 3 years hands-on experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Data Modeling, or Data Analysis Previous work experience in a telco and a Data Engineering experience is a plus!
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Analytical, with the ability to take on abstract business challenges, and design practical and scalable solutions Has a sixth sense for data anomalies and a passion for solving complex puzzles
• Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable in translating technical requirements into clear, concise business objectives.
• Growth Mindset: Thrives on learning and adapting to new data challenges
• Team Leadership: Experienced in guiding cross-functional teams to success in a fast-paced, agile environment.
