The Manager, Compliance will enhance Ventra's compliance program and will be responsible for providing oversight and support of Ventra's compliance policies, procedures, training programs and controls to help ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Education and Experience requirements At least 5 years experience in healthcare compliance
- Compliance certification (or will become certified within 1 year)
Working knowledge and experience with HIPAA, OIG compliance and U.S. healthcare fraud and abuse laws
Knowledge Skills and Abilities- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Proactive, responsive and detail-oriented
- Strong time management, organizational, and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to read, understand, and apply state/federal laws, regulations, and policies- Ability to communicate with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature, and professional manner
Ability to remain flexible and work within a collaborative and fast paced environment
- Basic use of computer, telephone, internet, copier, fax, and scanner
Basic touch 10 key skills Understand and comply with company policies and procedures

Strong time management and organizational skills- Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot tables), and database software skills
