Job Description

Job Summary

As a Marketing Manager (Digital and Creative), your primary responsibility is to oversee and integrate digital marketing strategies with creative marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. You will be responsible for managing both the strategic and creative aspects of marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence across various digital channels.
  • Duties and Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, utilizing various digital channels, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, content marketing, and more. Ensure strategies are optimized for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Creative Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of creative marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to develop visually compelling and engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all digital marketing and creative assets. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and visual identity, both in design and messaging, to establish a strong and recognizable brand presence.
  • Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for digital platforms, including website, social media, blogs, and email marketing. Develop a content strategy that aligns with the brand's tone and voice, driving audience engagement and generating leads.
Digital Advertising: Plan, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including display ads, search ads, social media ads, and remarketing campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize ad spend and maximize ROI.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize digital marketing analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns. Generate reports, interpret data, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and achieving marketing objectives.
Collaboration and Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, developers, and marketing specialists, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, consumer insights, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and creative fields. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and develop innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various digital marketing and creative initiatives. Monitor expenditures, track ROI, and make budget adjustments as needed.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate leader.
  • Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in digital marketing and creative disciplines are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and creative marketing roles, with a strong understanding of both disciplines.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, and advertising platforms.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and compelling content.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
