Job Title: Manager/Assistant Manager, Global Client Pursuits (GCP)

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of client pursuits and projects.
  • Champion a client-centric culture within the organization, promoting collaboration and innovation in client solutions.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Monitor key performance metrics related to client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities in global client pursuits.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • years of experience in client relationship management, business development, or sales, preferably in a global context.
Proven track record of successfully managing client engagements and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of global markets, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
