At least 10 years working experience and 5 years in financial management related works- Familiar with general accounting principles, financial reporting standards, taxation frameworks
Good understanding of corporate structure, tax structuring, related-party transactions, cross-border transactions
- Experienced in establishing/improving financial processes and management reporting
Proficient with ERP or accounting systems; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePointProficient in English writing and speaking skillsCertification
Accounting or Financial Analysis related certification an advantage CPA CA ACCA CFA
