Form and direct the business strategy for advertising, implementing advertising campaigns, and supervising the placement for various advertising channels for offline and online ad placements, whether for Gaming, Resort, or Entertainment.- Prepare the annual OPEX and CAPEX budget for Marketing Services.
Observe, obtain, and organize information from all relevant sources to plan advertising campaigns.- Confer with department heads and/or staff to discuss topics such as contracts, selection of advertising media, or products to be advertised.
Oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of advertising and promotional materials.
- Accept and process ticket requests from business units on advertising-related requirements.
Brief the media agency on the requirement and close on the approved cost estimate.- Manage the preparation of necessary documentation due to Purchasing, such as filing Term Sheets and Pro-Forma forms, as well as filing and processing Legal documents such as the MSA and SOW.
Recommend and negotiate advertising and sales contracts.
- Plan and oversee managing of the property's digital and out-of-home content.
Oversee and process permit requests from the Ad Standards Council and the Dept. of Trade
Arrange the specifications required by Purchasing to complete the bid tabulation and file the Purchase Request in ARIBA.- With the assistance of Purchasing, negotiate production/media costs with the agency.
Directly coordinates with the media vendors on the OOH content schedule, installation, and dismantling.
Do due diligence and file the required paperwork with regard to placing, closing, and payment of an ad (CE approval and Request For Payment).
- Oversee timely payment of the media vendors.
Approves all MICROS requests raised by Brand Admin, Brand & Marketing.- From time to time, must act as the liaison between various business units in and outside of Brand and Marketing.
Able to propose, draft and renew Policies and Procedures (P&Ps) for Advertising-Marketing Services as changes may be deemed fit.
- Occasionally, the incumbent will be asked and expected to perform various miscellaneous and non-standard duties as required. Such duties are diversified in nature and may be changed from time to time to suit the needs of the company.
