We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of our business, preparing you for a successful career in management.
Acts as the single-point-of-contact (SPOC) of the Business Unit with regard to their trade and distribution requirements.
- Manages the growth and development of the Business Unit within the assigned channel.
Utilizes brand resources by developing, deploying, and managing all category trade programs for the channel.- Manages the scorecard of the assigned channel in terms of distribution KPI deliverables.
Monitors and reviews monthly sales performance of the Business Unit in all the channels identifies opportunities and addresses gaps to ensure 100% achievement of sales targets.
Graduate of a bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Commerce or any related course.
