The
Management Trainee is responsible for the achievement of sales target and the store's inventory control & management, visual merchandising and store upkeep. Supervise branch operations in the absence of the Branch Supervisor or Assistant Branch Supervisor.
Assist the Branch Supervisor in forming the weekly and monthly report.
Monitor staff sales performance versus target.
- Duties and Responsibilities
Prepares requisition of outright items
Assigns and monitors store personnel in terms of stocks inventory
Recommends removal of non-performing and slow-moving items
Ensures that all products are adequately stored
Records, files, and maintains documents related to stock inventory
Monitors availability of office supplies, and store cleaning materials and prepares requisition of all suppliers needed in the store
Act as cashier reliever, occasionally
Handles store petty cash funds
Monitors cleanliness of the store
Responsible for the overall branch operations in the absence of the Branch Supervisor or Assistant Branch Supervisor.
Learn and apply best practices for delivering exceptional customer service.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Gain insights into daily store operations including inventory management and merchandising.
Contribute to the implementation of store policies and procedures.
Develop leadership skills by assisting in the supervision and coordination of store staff.
Foster a positive team environment and motivate team members to achieve sales target.
Contribute to sales strategies and promotional activities.
Learn to analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
Report directly to the Branch Supervisor or Assistant Branch Supervisor.
Coordinate with the Inventory Assistant regarding stocks inventory.
Ensure all visual merchandising and marketing guidelines are strictly implemented.
Coordinate with the Maintenance Coordinator on matters related to store upkeep.
Coordinate with Merchandising and MPC regarding merchandise concern.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field. Open for FRESH GRADUATE
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities through academic achievements or extra-curricular activities.
