- Address customer feedback and complaints.
Ensure staff compliance with cash control, employee discipline, and all company policies and procedures.- Provide weekly inventory and sales reports.
Monitor staff performance.
- Manage overall floor control and shift operations.
Track repairs and maintenance for the kitchen equipment.
