At least college level- Has experience in the same capacity at Fast Food, Buffet, or Casual dining restaurant.
Good communication skills.

Should be able to handle and train employees.- Will be involved in overseeing budgeting, quality, and P&L statements.

- Strong leadership skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.- Perform duties that include setting financial goals, establishing sales targets, working with upper management, and using various business finance principles to accomplish tasks.
