Reports To: General Manager/ Chief of Staff
As a Management Trainee, you will participate in a rotational program designed to give you comprehensive exposure to various functions within our recruitment agency. One of the key roles you will undertake during your rotation is that of a Processing Coordinator
. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients, applicants, internal teams, and external agencies to ensure the smooth processing of documents such as visa applications for the deployment of workers abroad.
- General Responsibilities as Management Trainee:
- Participate in a structured rotational program, gaining experience in different departments and roles within the recruitment agency.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to develop industry knowledge and professional skills.
- Collaborate with different teams to understand their functions and contribute to ongoing projects.
- 2. Specific Responsibilities as Processing Coordinator:
Coordination and Communication:
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, applicants, internal teams, and external agencies regarding document processing and visa/work permit applications of placed workers.
- Maintain clear and effective communication to ensure all parties are informed and updated on the status of applications and processes.
Document Processing:
- Oversee the preparation, collection, and submission of all necessary documentation for deployment (i.e. visa applications and other regulatory requirements).
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.
Client and Applicant Support:
- Provide comprehensive support to clients and applicants throughout the recruitment and deployment process.
- Promptly address and resolve any issues or concerns related to document processing and visa applications.
Internal Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure efficient and aligned processing of documents and coordination of deployments.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all processed documents and visa applications.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on the status of in-process applications, document processing, and other relevant metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in a recruitment agency or related field is an advantage.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Customer-oriented with a focus on providing excellent service.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Training and Development:

Pay: Php18,554.17 - Php25,000.00 per month
