- Conducts travel path for security and cleanliness of outside and in-store premises

Accomplishes the management activity planner (MAP) and station checklist Achievement of Sales,
Profit and Quality Targets- Prepares the game plan and communicates to the team prior during the shift to the shift (ex. reiteration of speed of service)
Compliance to service
- Performs sign-in in the assigned POS, transaction and production standards modifications, cancellations, discounts, refunds; issues manual official receipt during the shift
- Performs log-off from assigned POS and generates the cashier's cut-off report in coordination with the Team Leader
(TL)
- Prepares bank transactions report; bank- pick-up
Conducts manual audit for MCF, DBF, and PCF; fund custodian cut-off- Pulls-out cash and reconciles PCF
Receives grant file for PCF replenishment and reconciles grant file
- Double-checks Daily Cash Position Report (DCPR)
Attends to and receives delivery of food supplies, packaging, and other supplies and stock transfers of raw material,

- Checks product availability during the shift
JEDS/BO: Checks if all products and requests of the customer are accounted for prior to delivery- JKP: Checks if all food and party requirements are ready before the party, monitors while the party is ongoing, processes the customer's payment, and facilitates the payment of the mascot talent and attendant
Checks compliance of the CLs, SCs and student trainees in grooming and hygiene requirements; coordinates with Team
Leader (TL) for 3P crew
- Gives timely break to Crew Leaders and Senior Crew
Generates all end of day reports, processes store timekeeping system (STS) data incl. balancing and encoding of sales details- Discusses the game plan results and post-shift evaluation to the closing team
Performs shift endorsement for the next Manager
- Supervises end-of-day cleaning and sanitation for next day operations; turns off all lights and kitchen equipment; closes and secures the restaurant
Performs other duties as may be required in the absence of the Crew Leader or Senior Crew during the shift- Coordinates with the 3P Team Leader all service and production requirements for effective store operations
