Assist OIC/Restaurant Manager in managing store operations and report preparations.- Tracks monthly Food Service Cleanliness and Condition (FSCC) feedback, analyzes results and provides products/service improvement recommendations.
Handles customer complaints resolution based on standards and elevates to Area Manager/ Group Manager/ Managing Director/ Franchisees when needed.
- Handles employee issue resolution and processing of disciplinary action cases of all employees/crews in the restaurant.
Prepares administrative tasks such variance, sales compliance, timekeeping and payroll reports, etc.- Responsible for ordering, monitoring of incoming and outgoing of stocks.
Must be graduate of any 4-year business course.
Experience in food industry is an advantage but not required.
Team player and fast learner.
With good decision making and good communication skills.
Willing to be assigned at SM City Manila
