Are you an Engineering graduate or professional with a passion for driving excellence at the same time, driving social impact We are looking for Management Trainees who will have the opportunity to work with seasoned professionals in the Construction industry, and to become a future manager.

• SUMMARY

As a Management Trainee, you will gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions under the direction of experienced personnel. The on-the-job training will provide excellent opportunity to learn the technical and commercial aspect of the Construction Business from seasoned Professionals. The job will require interaction with all departments of Asiapro Multipurpose Cooperative and its clients in the Construction industry.

• WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

• Project Planning and Execution: you will develop skills in creating detailed project plans, setting milestones, and coordinating various aspects of construction projects. You will learn to manage resources efficiently, allocate tasks, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Communication and Stakeholder Management: Effective communication is crucial in construction projects. You will learn to communicate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities. You will also develop skills in resolving conflicts, managing expectations, and ensuring everyone is aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

• Site Supervision and Quality Control: You will gain hands-on experience in supervising construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining quality standards. You'll learn how to identify and address potential issues, and conduct inspections to ensure the work meets engineering specifications and regulatory requirements.

These skills will equip you as a Management Trainee to successfully navigate the complexities of the construction industry, from project initiation to completion, while also developing their leadership and problem-solving abilities.

• RESPONSIBILITIES

You will play an important role in our Construction Group by:

• Understanding the business of Asiapro's clients, and from your knowledge and learnings through the traineeship,

You should make suggestions for improvement, and

• Align with Asiapro's clients and their business demands.

• JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Civil Engineering graduate, with license

At least 1-2 years of experience in the Construction industry is a plus

• Fresh graduates with license are also welcome to apply

This will require being in the field 50% of the time. This will also require a period of time with supervisor duties in the field for development of skill and knowledge.
