Job Qualifications:- -Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
-Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
-At least 2 years experience as MT gained in a Food Manufacturing Company.
- Reports to Plant Operations Manager as Immediate Superior.
- Receives training and performs duties in several sections of Production department.
- Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
- Sets performance goals and objectives with upper management.
- Monitors performance progress with management and key trainers.
- Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
- Carry out functions as required and does other related tasks that are assigned from time to time by immediate superior.
