Job Description
What does the management trainee do
The Key Project Management (KPM) trainee will play a critical role within the company to achieve our objectives over the long term. The trainee will work with both the regional and local KPM teams to identify projects and opportunities that align with our core competencies of providing high quality solutions for the construction industry. You will be a key contributor to the strategic direction of the KPM team.
You will gain exposure and experience in:
Undertaking market research to identify key projects of interest.
Review of project specifications, scope of work and customer requirements.
Develop, plan, and execute a strategy to build customer relationships and increase project penetration.
Communicate market intelligence, results and lessons learnt with the team.
Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities both internal and external.
Make regular site visits to monitor progress, demonstrate technical expertise and build relationships.
Develop and maintain a network of direct contacts with architects, consultants and main contractors.
Travel to different offices and participate in daily operations as required.
Provide administrative support, create, and conduct presentations.
Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)
Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.

Qualifications
We're looking for young, committed talents with:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
2-4 years of working experience in relevant or similar capacity. Experience on large-scale construction projects is highly valued.
Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques, with commercial acumen.
Strong command of English, and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact with a diverse team, external partners, and customers.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
Ability to work on multiple projects at any given time.
Confident and positive team player with eagerness to learn and develop with a company for the long-term.
Passionate and proactive, with a drive to succeed.
Excellent analytical, computational ability, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Proficiency with software, including advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office & Teams.
Multicultural exposure and strong adaptability with desire for international travel
