We are looking for a passionate Management Trainee under Marketing Division who will handle our well known brands.
Key Job Accountabilities
1.Brand and Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, advertising, and events.
2.Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, sales data, and market trends for data-driven decision-making.
- Generate regular reports on brand performance, offering insights and recommendations.
3.Day-to-Day Operations and Execution:
- Oversee day-to-day brand operations, ensuring efficient execution of activities.
- Manage external agencies for effective collaboration and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Ensure the implementation of media strategies, optimizing reach and impact across various channels.
4.Creative Development and Brand Presence:
- Oversee the creation of impactful marketing creatives in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Develop and execute bundled product strategies to maximize value and drive sales.
- Manage the development and placement of in-store Point of Sale Materials (POSM) for enhanced brand visibility.
5.Budget Management:
- Handle purchase order billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely financial transactions.
- Assist in managing the brand's marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective strategies.
Qualifications
- Has a bachelor's degree, preferably Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields.
- At least 1 year experience in brand management, ideally within fashion or apparel.
- Able to work under strict deadlines.
- Experience in project management and agency management.
- Analytical skills to track and interpret campaign results.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
