Management trainee works under the supervision of managers and executives in organizations. Acquires all essential knowledge to become future managers, often in particular fields, such as marketing, sales, or operations.
- Completes all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Participates in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.- Gains knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
Fulfills any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
- Traveling to different offices and participating in daily operations as required.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Civil)

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be top of the class and/or has good scholastic records
Trainable, high energetic, flexible and team player- Interested candidates must be willing to be assigned in Makati City or do site visits if needed
