As a Management Trainee, you will participate in a rotational program designed to give you comprehensive exposure to various functions within our recruitment agency. One of the key roles you will undertake during your rotation is that of a Accounting Assistant
. This role involves handling financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports.
- General Responsibilities as Management Trainee:
- Participate in a structured rotational program, gaining experience in different departments and roles within the recruitment agency.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to develop industry knowledge and professional skills.
- Collaborate with different teams to understand their functions and contribute to ongoing projects.
- 2. General Responsibilities as Accounting Assistant:
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Prepare and verify expense reports and reimbursements.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
- Update and maintain the general ledger.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support the Finance Manager in budget preparation and monitoring.
- Generate financial statements and reports as required.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department.
- Coordinate with other departments for financial information.
- Assist in the implementation of financial policies and procedures.

- Bachelor's degree in Financing, Accountancy, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in a recruitment agency or related field is an advantage.
