Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
Proficient in Google Suite tools and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
Strong project management abilities
- Willingness to travel and work across retail sites
Self-starter with meticulous attention to detail, thriving in high-paced environments
Responsibilities:
Daily Operations:- Maintain and update daily tracking systems
Provide weekly reporting on operational trends and performance metrics
- Collaborate with store supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations
Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions Spearhead inventory management
- Project manage expansion initiatives
Surprise store inspections
Human Resources:- Coordinate employee reviews
Facilitate employee movement within branches when needed
Marketing:
- Supervise internal content creators to drive engagement on Instagram and TikTok platforms
Plan and execute marketing launches to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
