The Mall Operations Specialist is responsible monitor the day-to-day operations and ensuring tenants compliance with mall house rules and regulations.
The Mall Operations Specialist is also responsible for assisting the conceptualization and design of marketing plans and other related marketing communications concepts including but not limited to advertising and promotions; and
To conceptualize, design, plan, organize, implement, and execute local store marketing activities and/or mall events to generate or maximize potential income through growth in customer traffic count.
- Graduate of Operations Management/ Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering
- With at least 1-2 years of experience in Mall Operations
a. Compliance & Risk Assessment skills
b. Business Administration
c. Excellent in Oral and Written Communication in English
