QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Proven work experience as an Electronic Technician or a similar role- Familiarity with hand and power tools such as pliers, cutters, screwdrivers, sanders, and grinders
Familiarity with the usage of electronic components such as resistors, transistors, and testing equipment like oscilloscopes and counters
- Knowledgeable in Software and Hardware integration, Windows and Microsoft Office.
Problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and device solutions.- Demonstrated proficiency at interpreting diagrams and schematics.
Interpersonal and oral communication skills to interact collaborate and provide instruction
Assembling, installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electronic components and systems.
- Sourcing or fabricating replacement parts for electronic systems.
Ensuring all power and manual tools are operated in accordance with health and safety regulations.- Carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance and servicing equipment.
Performing equipment demonstrations and drawing up training manuals wherever required.
- Interpreting drawings, training manuals, and instructions in order to perform duties.
Setting up and calibrating electronics systems by following schematics and diagrams- Troubleshooting problems with electronics and making necessary repairs
Conducting service checks and performing routine maintenance to keep electronics functioning properly
- Maintaining logs that provide dates and details of repairs and maintenance performed
