Machine Maintenance Technician
Ability to troubleshoot/repair defective machine (such as electro-pneumatics, electrical and mechanicalequipment) encountered in production lines at the shortest time possible. Ability to conduct the daily and monthly predictive maintenance of his area of responsibility.
Ability to keep and submit all record of production downtime report on all machine defect, defectcriteria, causes and action taken for evaluation and study purposes.Ability to make necessary preventive check sheet that will use in the monthly preventive maintenance.
- Facility Maintenance Techinician
- Assist in repairs of building and facility systems including communications, lighting fixtures, air conditioners, fire alarms, for the purpose of ensuring proper/safe operation
Reporting defects, damages and malfunctions of any kind to facility maintenance engineer/superior.
Responsible in Preventive and Predictive Maintenance of facilitiesMonitor the mechanical, electrical, sanitary and environmental aspect of the company and ascertaining the proper functioning of the same.
Die Maintenance Technician
Ability to design and fabricate different jig accurately based on the requirements of MPC1 as well as internal use of MPCAbility to grind different types of electrodes accurately based on the given specification/drawing.
Ability to use measuring instruments correctly in determining the precision of different fabricated jigs and electrodes to be used by customer-MPC1. Ability to conduct die maintenance in case these die reaches its maximum shots.
Ability to assemble and disassemble the die used in press metal parts in case of nonconformity occur on the said dies.Ability to use correctly different measuring tools in conducting die maintenance.
Ability to interpret correctly die schematic diagram which include in the integral part of die maintenance.Ability to conduct the daily and monthly predictive maintenance of the dies in his/her area of responsibility.*Responsible for the request of spare parts of new die
