Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician with 4-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performing routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring operation of packaging and industrial equipment, its repair and upkeep by performing corrective and preventive maintenance tasks on assigned equipment, including supporting equipment. and efficiently to maximize production output.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment through preventive maintenance on bottling, SUP/Sachet line equipment, processing equipment, and utilities equipment,
• Using mechanical and electrical knowledge in trouble shooting to maintain the manufacturing equipment systems,
• Follows diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications to troubleshoot malfunction
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime
• Performs detailed analysis and recommend repair solutions when equipment is not performing up to mechanical or electrical design expectations,
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate records of maintenance performed
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Must be willing to report to work as required under emergency conditions.
• Perform other tasks as may be required.

Skills and Qualifications

• With at least 5 years of experience in Maintenance or other related technical training preferably in a food manufacturing environment, production line machine,
• With training on electrical wiring installation and troubleshooting, Pneumatics and Electro-pneumatics, and Advanced Industrial Motor Control,
• Must have excellent troubleshooting skills and must be well versed in troubleshooting industrial equipment,
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred)
