As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, equipment, and systems. In this role, you will encompass a range of responsibilities, from conducting routine maintenance tasks to troubleshooting and repairing equipment. You'll play a crucial part in maintaining a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for our employees and guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspect facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly.
Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and systems.
Conduct basic repairs and maintenance on various building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
Monitor inventory levels of materials and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks.
Assist in the coordination of maintenance projects, such as renovations or equipment installations.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, health, and safety regulations in all maintenance activities.
Handle customer complaints effectively and provide timely responses to address concerns.
Attend all scheduled training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Follow established procedures and apply lessons learned during training to maintenance tasks and projects.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
General maintenance experience, hospitality preferred
Technical training or certification in maintenance is a plus
Knowledge of basic mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
Knowledge of basic repair techniques and tools
Familiarity with predictive and preventive maintenance practices
Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations
Proficient in performing maintenance tasks
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
Flexibility to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays as required.
