Job Title: Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal operation and safety. Key responsibilities include:
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operation.
Repairs: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues quickly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.Compliance:
Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.Coordination: Work with other departments to schedule maintenance and minimize disruption to operations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts and tools.
Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations.
