Main Duties and Responsibilities:- Branch technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the technical aspects of gaming equipment, performing a variety of roles, such as maintaining equipment, assisting with set-up and breakdown, troubleshooting technical problems, and performing basic technical tasks
Ensures that all equipment is functioning properly, identifying and settles any issues that may arise- Works with the developer team in fixing, testing, replacing, and making adjustments in case of malfunction of hardware during games
Ensures that all technical equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and in good working condition
- Conducts regular testing and calibrating of equipment to ensure optimal performance
Assists with setting up and breaking down sets, lighting, and sound equipment for shoots or recordings in order to ensure that everything runs smoothly
