MULTI SKILL TECHNICIANWe are looking for an experienced Multi Skill Technician to take on a variety of task relating to setting up and maintaining electrical, mechanical equipment/infrastructure and other building assets.
Execute plans and install electrical wiring for well functioning lightning, intercom, and safety distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.) and other electrical systems.
Execute preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for electrical, mechanical equipment, system and devices.
Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damage units.
Perform other skilled labor tasks as required (e.g. painting, welding, etc.)
Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical and mechanical system.
Demonstrable ability to use electrical and mechanical tools ex. Hand tools (e.g. wire stripper, voltmeter, etc.). power tools, and electrical drawings and blue prints.
Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight
Diploma in relevant vocational training or successfully completed apprenticeship as an electrician
Valid license to practice profession.
Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Courses Certificate in Engineering (Electrical) or (Mechanical) equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required skill(s): Reporting Documentation
Preferably 1-4 yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
Team player and able to work unsupervised
