Maintenance Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

- College Graduate Bachelor of Science in EE, or ME

- With at least 1- 2-year experience in Manufacturing Company.

- Willing to be assign in Carmelray Industrial Park 1 Canlubang, Calamba, City

• Engineering qualification (BSEE, ME, )

Hands on experience in SMT machines (Yamaha YG series and Panasonic NPM)

• Knowledgeable in IMT machines (Wave Soldering, Selective Soldering).

Knowledge in maintenance & basic PMS of Portable generator, Air Compressor and Air Conditioning Units.

• Ability to maintain records.

With background in Maintenance management system.

• With background in ISO 9001, ISO 14001

Strong communication skills and the ability to work the team.

• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

YOUR TASK:

• Planning and scheduling preventive maintenance on all machinery and equipment in SGIC.

Provides monitoring of machine performance. Target for minimal equipment downtime and high equipment efficiency. Conduct analysis on factors contributing such downtime.

• Responsible for the inspection of building condition and for any maintenance or repair needed.

Coordinate to machine service providers and contractors for external services support.

• Implement and maintain environmental and safety policies.

Ensure safety during work. Strict compliance to safety procedures. Target for zero accident in work area.
