ROCK ENERGY INTERNATIONAL CORP. is looking for MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
- Assist the Head Maintenance in planning, scheduling, implementation and control of fleet resources.
- Responsible for proper and cost-effective maintenance and repair of company equipment.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- leads routine inspection, preventive maintenance and repairs of electromechanical assets of store operation.
- leads maintenance team to all kinds of maintenance activity.
- leads maintenance team to ensure working area or motor pool clean and follows the 5S.
- He/she will be working directly with operation team. Direct contact with store operation supervisor. All concerns regarding heavy equipment, he'll be the first contact person in store maintenance team.
- He/she must be 24/7 on-call regarding concerns and immediate response to store operation concern.
- He/she must conduct weekly meeting/toolbox with store maintenance team.
- He/she will lead schedule maintenance planning and inventory
- He/she will supervise and accountable to every work of his team
- At least 3 years of experience as Maintenance Supervisor.
- At least 7 years of experience as equipment electrician or equivalent.
- Intermediate knowledge in electrical system.
- Amenable to work in Tondo, Manila or Navotas.
- Fit to work in a dusty environment.
- Knowledgeable in operating MS Office.
- Preferably can operate AutoCad.
- Willing to work shifting schedule and render overtime during holidays if needed.
