Job Specifications and Responsibilities:- Reports the status of all on-going projects contracted and problems encountered, immediate solutions and decisions.
Reports on project plans, activities and results.- Studies review and expedite project schedules and discuss with Supervisors and Foremen all priorities to check received and issued materials and accomplished production.
Follows up with Project Site Supervisors and Foremen their daily activities and man power distributions.
- Plans, organizes, and controls the receipt and issues of material and activities of the company ensures the efficient use of tools, equipment and other personnel.
Participates in the formulation and implementation of company policies and supports all programs and activities.- Attends QC related meetings and reports QC inspection status when required.
Assess Operation and Maintenance requirements plant capacity, performance and consults subordinates and formulate Maintenance programs including time and cost estimate, materials and cost requirements.
- Controls Site Maintenance works and welding works according to the codes and standard as per requirements.
Engineering Graduate (preferably Mechanical Engineer)
- With TESDA Certification related to Mechanical, Electrical or Control/Instrumentation
PRC License (Preferred but not required)- At least 3-5 years experience in supervisory position
Good planning, leading, organizing, and controlling skills
People skills, supervision and communication- Willing to travel in different sites in the Philippines
Willing to relocate
- Willing to render overtime work at site
