Ensure the preventive maintenance of all equipment, vehicles, facilities and buildings are timely and well executed- Maintain ideal inventory level of consumables and parts for maintenance and motorpool.
Ensure all tools and equipment of maintenance and motorpool section is properly used and is always in good condition.
- Ensure all delivery vehicles leaving warehouse have Mandatory Checklist duly filled-up by driver and helper
Ensure all maintenance and Motorpool documents/checklist are properly filled-up and filed. (hard & soft copies)- Update Delivery Vehicles Breakdown/ Repair Monitoring
Ensure work area of motorpool and maintenance is always and organized.
- Ensure cleanliness in the entire plant through daily monitoring of all utility personnel and their respective areas.
Updates MRS/PRS monitoring on every request made and items receive.- Ensure all assigned projects are completed on time, within budget and base on materials, plans and scope of works.
Ensure all agency employees reporting to you have proper uniform and I.D.
- Maintains all machines and equipment in its optimum performance level.
Ensure all job order request are scheduled and performed on agreed plan.- Participates in hiring, evaluation, coaching and discipline of personnel under maintenance section.
Perform other tasks related to maintenance that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:_
- Graduate of any Engineering related course
At least 1 year experience in related field is an advantage but not necessary- Preferably Licensed Electrical Engineer
Computer literate
- Well versed in Automotive Maintenance Program
