Qualifications:
With at least 5 years work related experience in Heavy Equipment (construction) repair and maintenance
Has good communication skills and sense of responsibility
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervises, trains and coordinates work of heavy equipment mechanic and technicians
Maintains inventory of replacement parts, tools and equipment required for operations
Ensure preventive maintenance and repairs meet all quality and safety standards
Responsible for keeping in track of spare parts usage in order to give smooth running of repair works at sites.
Responsible for scheduling those tasks and ensuring all operations run efficiently
Responsible for carrying out the visual and mechanical inspection of heavy equipment, heavy trucks and small vehicles in accordance with quality management system in order to minimize the breakdown at sites
Monitors all equipment and prepares estimates for repairs/rehabilitation.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of service vehicles and constructions equipment
